WHAT IS THE BORO BOX?
The Boro Box is a supplement subscription service that delivers curated supplements to your doorstep every month!
HOW MUCH DOES A BORO BOX COST?
Monthly Subscription of top products for you to try, each box will always be worth a minimum of $100 and you get it for $65 a month!
WHAT COMES IN A BORO BOX?
The Boro Box Includes the following:
- 1 Pre-Workout
- 1 Protein Powder
- 1 Energy Drink
- 1 Protein Snack
- Samples of different brands & products
(The pre-workout & protein powder are both a full months serving)
DOES THE BORO BOX CATER TO CERTAIN NEEDS? (Allergens, Diets, Goals, Plant-Based, Keto, etc.)
Yes, we cater to various dietary preferences and goals. Just choose what you are allergic to when first signing up and we will make sure you are taken care of! If it is not on the list, just get in contact with our customer service team and we will make sure your box is made for you.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BORO BOX?
In a way, yes!
We have a personalized survey that you can fill out before you purchase your Boro Box that has the following questions:
- What is your desired caffeine content?
- What protein flavors do you want?
- Are you allergic to anything we need to know about?
Based on your inputs, we hand pick the supplements we believe you'll enjoy the most and will help you achieve your goals!
WHEN DOES MY BOX SHIP?
We ship ALL boxes on the 20th of each month! You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your Boro Box.
Normal shipping times are 2-5 days.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Recurring subscriptions and renewal dates will automatically be charged on the 10th of each month.
First time boxes will be charged the day of the order and then all future boxes will be charged of the 10th of the month.
Example: You order your first Boro Box on December 7th, you are charged on the 7th for that first box. Then your next box would be charged on Jan. 10th, then the next one of Feb. 10th, then March 10th, and so on. (This way you receive your box every 30 days and never run out of product or need to ever go somewhere to buy supplements again)
CAN I PAUSE, MODIFY, OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?
Yes! As soon as you sign up for your Boro Box, you will receive access to your personal subscription portal where you will be able to do all of the following.
- Pause your subscription (And renew whenever you’re ready)
- Skip a month
- Update your address & billing info
- Change your supplement preferences
- Cancel your Boro Box subscription
This is hassle free and we will be by your side at all times if you have any questions!
CAN I CHANGE MY SUPPLEMENT PREFERENCES AFTER SUBSCRIBING?
Yes, you can easily update your supplement preferences after subscribing in your account. Just login on our website and it is very simple and easy. (we are also always here for you if you need help)
DO YOU PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES ABOUT THE PRODUCTS IN THE BORO BOX?
Yes, we offer informative content on our social media, private facebook group, and provide personalized support through email and 24/7 chat on our website. HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
If you are attempting to login and your email is not recognized, you will need to create a username and password. You must register using the same email address as when you ordered and all of your account information will be updated.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We do not offer returns or refunds. If you received the wrong box, or a damaged item, please email us at info@theborobox.com and we will make sure you are taken care of!
